Prayagraj, 13 April: Asad Ahmad and Ghulam, the main accused in the Umesh Pal murder case, have been killed in the police encounter in Jhansi. It is being told that both were killed in a joint operation by STF and police in Jhansi.
The police were searching for Asad, son of mafia Atiq Ahmed, for a long time. The police had declared a reward of Rs 5 lakh each on Asad and Ghulam.
