New Delhi, 25 January: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday praised the achievement of 11 crore tap water connections under the Water Life Mission. Modi congratulated the people who benefited from this initiative and appreciated those working at the ground-level to make the mission a success.
In response to a tweet by Water Power Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, the Prime Minister said, “A great achievement, an indication of covering the land to ensure ‘every house water’ to the people of India. Congratulations to all the people benefiting from this initiative. Also congratulated those working at the ground level to make this mission a success.”
