Mumbai, January 12: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated the 27th National Youth Festival at Tapovan Ground in Nashik on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
On this occasion, a grand road show of one and a half kilometer long was taken out. During this, the entire area echoed with slogans of ‘Jai Shri Ram’.
PM Modi started the special rituals by offering prayers at the Kalaram temple before the consecration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
On reaching Nashik, Prime Minister Modi was grandly welcomed by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
On the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, he inaugurated the 27th National Youth Festival at Tapovan Ground in Nashik.
The Prime Minister called for cleanliness campaign in all the temples during the National Youth Festival.
Describing Maharashtra as Veerbhoomi and Tapobhoomi, he asked the youth to stay away from drug addiction. After the special rituals started by offering puja at the Kalaram temple, the Prime Minister asked people to donate shramdaan on the occasion of Pran Pratistha.

The Prime Minister has come to the holy land of Nashik and this is an auspicious sign for the construction of Lord Ram’s temple in Ayodhya.
CM Shinde said that Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray’s dream was to build a Ram temple in Ayodhya, which was fulfilled by Prime Minister Modi. If Modi is there then it is possible. No one has the courage to look at our country with an evil eye. Because of Prime Minister Modi, India’s voice is resonating across the world.
