Lucknow, 16 Jan: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi on Tuesday sparked great enthusiasm among party workers for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections by announcing that the party will exceed the 400-member threshold this time around.

“PM will hold 3 rallies in UP before polls,” stated Yogi in a statement.

On Tuesday, Yogi had drawn the BJP’s electoral symbol, the lotus blossoming on the wall of Shri Vishwakarma Bhagwan Panchayat Temple in Jatashankar as part of a wall-writing campaign launched at the party’s national headquarters’ request.

Slogans engraved before the electoral sign read: “Once again Modi government” and “BJP will cross 400-mark this time”. Addressing party workers who attended the wall-writing campaign, the Chief Minister stated that this effort, like the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, must be carried to new heights to achieve success.

He stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be available to connect with voters during the Lok Sabha elections. Prior to the elections, three large rallies would be organized around the state. The wall-writing effort is an important undertaking in light of these approaching events. Yogi stated that MPs, MLAs, and other Panchayat and local body leaders should actively participate in the campaign with a feeling of duty.

“In every accessible location, a lotus flower emblem should be created, with both mantras (‘Once again Modi government’ and ‘This time, the objective should cross the 400-mark’) etched beneath it. Prior authorization is required before writing slogans on private property. Efforts should be done to ensure that no spot is left devoid of slogans,” he said.

The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of booth management for election success, stating that stronger booths allow for greater connection with voters and result in more votes for candidates. “Our collective resolution in 2024 should be singularly focused on surpassing the 400-mark for both the Modi government as well as the BJP,” he went on to say.

Yogi stated that by initiating the wall-writing campaign in Delhi yesterday, BJP national president JP Nadda sent a message to party members to work tirelessly to guarantee the success of this effort, as shown during the Vikas Bharat Yatra. The Chief Minister stated, “We should not hesitate to speak our opinions.

The people have been paying careful attention to the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s double-engine government during the previous decade. The national and state governments’ programs have strengthened public trust. The country and state have completed infrastructure projects that meet global standards. Highways, rail networks, and air connectivity have been improved. New AIIMS and IITs have been established. Many schemes have established new norms. In addition to publicizing schemes, efforts have been made to ensure their full penetration. Yogi and party supporters also sang chants in support of the Modi administration and the BJP.
