Pratapgarh, 21 Nov: In a 2004 double murder case, three brothers were sentenced to life in prison by a local court of Pratapgarh district.
Additional District and Sessions Judge (fast track court-I) Sumit Pawar additionally fined the prisoners Nanhelal, Lal Bahadur Jagannath, and Santosh โน 5,000 each, according to additional district government lawyer Kashinath Tiwari on Tuesday.
On May 11, 2004, the three savagely battered two persons after an argument, resulting in their deaths. The police had opened an investigation based on the complaint filed by the victims’ families.
