Praveen Togadia gets Ram Lalla consecration ceremony invitation, praises PM Modi, Amit Shah

Ahmedabad, 29 December: Dr Praveen Togadia, a cancer surgeon and former international executive president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, has received an invitation for the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla (infant form of Lord Ram) to be held on January 22 in Ayodhya.

Togadia has expressed gratitude to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust for this.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Gujarat state executive Shailesh Patel and VHP’s Gujarat state general secretary Ashok Rawal gave the invitation letter to Dr Togadia for the ‘Pran Pratistha’ ceremony on behalf of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. Ram Lalla’s consecration will take place on January 22 in the newly constructed grand temple at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi.

After receiving the invitation letter, Dr Togadia told journalists that the movement for Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple has been a part of his life.

On this occasion, he remembered all the occasions like the first Dharma Sansad, Lock Open Campaign, Ramjanaki Yatra, Shri Ram Shilapujan, 1989 Shri Ram Janmabhoomi foundation stone laying ceremony, first Kar Seva of 1990, Kar Seva of 1992 etc.

Togadia said that the removal of Article 370 and Shri Ram Temple is a historic victory for Hindus.

He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah played a historic role in removing Article 370.
