At the same time, the victims alleged that the police did not register a case against the couple, Rajesh Dubey and Rashmi Dubey, who cheated them of around Rs 35 crore, due to which their arrest is not being made.
Rajeev Dubey and his wife Rashmi Dubey, residents of Prabhu Mahima Apartment in Swaroop Nagar police station area, took a rented house in Saket Nagar and formed an organization called Revival Word. People were told that Israeli scientists rejuvenated 35 people over 64 years old in three months by giving them pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber.
Renu Singh Chandel, a resident of Swaroop Nagar, said that the couple told people that the machine was bought for 25 crore rupees, so that now even the old people of the city will start looking young. In the desire to become young, people fell into the trap of the couple. For this, the couple applied a multi-level scheme like network management and made more than 1000 people victims of fraud.
According to Renu, during this time, the accused took about 35 crore rupees from the people and did not give them oxygen bar or H Watt (Hyper Varic Oxygen Therapy). According to the police, the couple who run the gym cheated each person from 50 thousand to 2 lakh rupees. Fraud of crores by adding more than 500 people in network marketing. There are many cases whose faces were burnt by this therapy. Later it came to know that the machine that the thugs were saying was from Israel and worth 25 crores, is worth 2.5 lakh rupees.

ADCP South Manoj Kumar Pandey said that Renu Singh Chandel, a resident of Swaroop Nagar, had filed a case in Kidwai Nagar police station accusing Rajeev Dubey and his wife Rashmi Dubey of treating a 65-year-old man for 35 years through a therapy. Makes it look like. Hundreds of people of the city came in this scam and became victims of fraud. They used to charge Rs 6,000 a month from people for couple therapy and one scheme was Rs 90,000.
At the same time, DCP South Ankita Sharma said that Rajiv Dubey, accused of fraud of crores, reached the office on Monday and is being taken into custody and questioned. The SIT constituted in the case has also been called and they have taken statements from the victims. Some victims reached the office and seeing the crowd, ACP Anjali Vishwakarma arrived with the force of several police stations and the victims were calmed down after explaining. Currently, the accused is in police custody and further charges may be increased based on the investigation.
