New Delhi, 07 November: Tis Hazari Court of Delhi has approved the divorce of Bollywood singer Yo Yo Honey Singh alias Hirdesh Singh and his wife Shalini Singh. After the agreement between both the parties, the court approved the divorce.
Shalini Singh had filed a case of domestic violence against her husband. In her petition, Shalini Singh had said that Honey Singh used to harass her since the time of their honeymoon.
Shalini had said in the petition that Honey Singh’s behavior started changing during the honeymoon in Mauritius.
Regarding an incident during the honeymoon, the petition said that Honey Singh walked out of the hotel room and did not return for ten-twelve hours. That place was new for Shalini, due to which she remained in the room and kept waiting for Honey Singh. When Honey Singh returned late that day, he was drunk.
Shalini Talwar had demanded a compensation of Rs 10 crore from Honey Singh in the petition. The petition demanded a residence in Delhi and a demand to pay Rs 5 lakh every month as monthly expenses. Shalini Talwar had made many serious allegations.
In the petition, Honey Singh was accused of physical violence, sexual violence and mental harassment. In the petition, Honey Singh’s wife had also accused his father Sarabjit Singh, mother Bhupinder Kaur and sister Sneha Singh of being involved in domestic violence.
