Nagpur, 27 December: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has expressed deep condolences on the death of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. Paying tribute to him, the Sangh has said that the contribution of renowned economist Dr. Singh will always be remembered.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has issued a condolence message on the X handle. Quoting Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat and Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale, it was written, “The whole country is deeply saddened by the demise of former Prime Minister of India and senior leader of the country Dr. Sardar Manmohan Singh. Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh expresses its deepest condolences to his family and countless loved ones and fans.”
The Sangh said in the condolence message, “Dr. Manmohan Singh adorned the highest post of the country despite coming from a simple background. The contribution of renowned economist Dr. Singh to India will always be remembered and cherished. We pray to God to grant salvation to the departed soul.”
