In view of these restrictions of GRAP-2, the government is emphasizing on the people to use public means of transport.
The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has predicted that the air quality will deteriorate in the coming days. Delhi’s air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 248 on Saturday.
Delhi’s AQI is expected to cross 300 on October 23 and 24. That means the climate of Delhi will be in very bad category.
