Lucknow, 01 December (HS): Retired IAS Gangadin Yadav died of a heart attack after falling in a lift late on Wednesday night.
He used to live with his family in Viram Khand, Gomtinagar. His brother Rajesh said that on Wednesday night when Gautam had just pressed the button of the lift in the house that he gasped and fell down. The family took him to a nearby private hospital, where doctors declared him
After retiring in 2013, he was made the Chief Election Commissioner of the Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Election Commission in the SP government.
