Salman Khan starrer ‘Sikandar’ did not perform well at the box office in the first two days as it should have. Now the figures of ‘Sikandar’s’ third day earnings have also come out.
Salman Khan’s ‘Sikandar’ earned a total of Rs 26 crore on its opening day i.e. March 30. Apart from this, Salman’s film also passed the Monday test. On the second day, the film earned a total of 29 crores. However, on the third day, Tuesday, the film’s earnings fell by a huge 32.76 percent. According to Sacnilk report, Salman Khan’s film has collected only Rs 19.5 crore on the third day.
With this, the first 3-day collection of ‘Sikandar’ has become Rs 74.5 crores. The film has not yet recovered its original budget. Apart from this, Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Chhaava’ performance has dominated Salman’s film. Vicky’s film had made unprecedented earnings at the box office in the first three days despite having fewer screens. Hence, there are rumours that Salman’s magic did not work at the box office at all. Salman Khan’s ‘Sikandar’ is made on a budget of Rs 200 crore. The film is still far from its original budget, it has earned only Rs 74.5 crore in 3 days. Sikandar stars Salman Khan, Rashmika, late actress Smita Patil’s son Prateik Babbar, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, Kajal Aggarwal, Kishore and Sanjay Kapoor in important roles.
