Moradabad, 29 January: The tehsil administration on Wednesday issued a notice to the occupiers to vacate the land of Manokamana temple located in Ganeshpur village, four kilometers away from Chandausi in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh.
Along with this, the case has been registered in the Sub-District Magistrate (SDM) court. After the occupiers did not show the documents, action will be taken to register the said property as government land.
Sanatan Sevak Sangh chief Kaushal Kishore Vande Mataram had given an application to the SDM in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas and said that the Manokamana temple and pond located in Ganeshpur is built on 28 bigha land. About 100 bigha land is cultivated in the name of the temple. It has also been occupied. He has demanded to vacate this land.
