Sambhal, 11 December: The hearings of Jama Masjid and Harihar temple of the district is underway in the court of Civil Judge Senior. Supreme Court advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, who presented the claim from the Hindu side, has received a death threat on social media.
The advocate has received this threat from a handler named Nidhi Jha on the X platform of social media. He has been described as the mastermind of Sambhal violence. The advocate has filed a case against the person who posted this in the cyber police station of Sambhal.
It is noteworthy that on the orders of the court, the ASI team went to the mosque to conduct a survey in the month of November. During this, the crowd expressed their displeasure and pelted stones and created arson on the team. Five people died in the riot. Police teams are now identifying the miscreants and arresting them.
