SC refuses to hear 3 new FIRs registered against Azam Khan

New Delhi, 30 September: The Supreme Court refused to hear Azam Khan’s plea giving him no relief in case of three new FIRs registered in the Jauhar University case. The Supreme Court has asked Azam Khan to approach the Allahabad High Court for relief.

Advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for Azam Khan, said that after bail in 87 cases, now 3 new cases have been registered regarding Jauhar University. The UP government is reportedly preparing to take over Jauhar University. Sibal said that many things are being said about getting the machine of Municipal Corporation in the university. Children’s education has also been disrupted. Efforts are on to search the university.

Apart from three FIRs of Jauhar University, 87 cases were registered against Azam Khan. Azam Khan has got bail in these 87 cases. Now the sword of arrest is hanging on Azam Khan for three new FIRs registered in the Jauhar University case.
