New Delhi, August 2: After violence, tension, and arson in Haryana’s Nuh, the Delhi Police has also tightened security.

Delhi Police spokesperson Suman Navala said that keeping in view the violence in some districts of Haryana adjoining Delhi, security arrangements have been made at all sensitive places in Delhi.

Additional police forces have also been deployed where necessary. Any attempt to harm Delhi’s security and communal harmony will be dealt with strictly.

A large part of Delhi is adjacent to the Haryana border. Be it Mundka’s Tikri border, Kapashera border, or Faridabad border, the police are focusing more on those areas that are closer to the Mewat-Nuh region of Haryana.

Apart from the local police station team, different teams in the district are also keeping an eye here. The CID team of the Delhi Police is also taking care in plain clothes.

Along with this, the soldiers of different paramilitary forces have also been put on alert. In any odd situation, the situation can be controlled by reaching the spot immediately.

As seen last week on the occasion of Muharram in the Nangloi area of outer Delhi. In this case, 8 to 10 thousand people created a ruckus on the road.

Many police vehicles were vandalised, and buses were pelted with stones. Many people were hurt by this. In that case, the police had registered three separate FIRs based on the statements of the SHO, Inspector, and Head Constable.
