Bengaluru,08 September: Avatar Singh, senior Indian Forest Services [IFS] officer who had been working in Aranya Bhavan, has been reported to have committed suicide today at his residence here.
This incident has shocked the Forest department community and most of the senior officials of the department rushed to his apartment in Yelahanka to pay their last respects on hearing the sad development.
No reason has been attributed for the senior officer’s extreme step. He is said to have attended office Yesterday.
However this morning he has reportedly committed suicide in his apartment at Mount Carlo block in Yelahanka.
