Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case reaches Allahabad HC, date for hearing not fixed yet

Mathura, July 16: Court of Civil Judge Senior Division was to hear on Saturday the application of Manish Yadav, descendant of Krishna, regarding the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case, but due to no work, this hearing will be held on Monday, July 18.

At the same time, Narayani Sena President and party in the case Manish Yadav has filed a petition in the High Court. He has demanded a videography survey of Shahi Masjid Idgah and appointing a senior advocate as commissioner for this. A date has not yet been fixed for hearing on this petition.

Manish Yadav has filed a suit in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division in Shri Krishna Janmasthan case.

He has demanded to remove the Shahi Masjid Idgah from the birthplace premises. He has also given an application in the court to conduct a survey of the Idgah. Manish Yadav told that he has filed a petition in the Allahabad High Court.

In this, there has been a demand to conduct videography survey of Shahi Masjid Idgah and appoint a senior advocate as commissioner for this.

He said that the court has not yet fixed the date for hearing on the petition. In the past too, Manish Yadav had filed a petition in the High Court seeking regular hearing. The High Court had directed the lower court to dispose of the matter expeditiously.

The suit filed by Manish Yadav in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division was not to be heard on Saturday. But the advocates kept no work on the demand of Agra Bench. Therefore, the hearing could not take place in the court. Now the date of July 18 has been fixed for the next hearing.
