Ayodhya, 28 January: In the meeting of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and Administration held on Sunday, it was decided that more manpower will be increased by the Trust for the convenience and safety of the devotees.
Apart from this, in the meeting, instructions were given to L&T officials to install signs on the darshan routes and exit routes and in the toilets located inside the complex for easy darshan of the devotees in Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex.ย In this meeting, it was also discussed to deploy more manpower and train the security agency deployed by the Trust for the convenience and safety of the devotees in the temple premises.
It is noteworthy that the meeting of the coordination committee formed to create better coordination between the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi pilgrimage area and the administration was held on Sunday under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Gaurav Dayal in the LNT meeting room located at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex.
Before the meeting, Divisional Commissioner and IG inspected
various places of the temple complex, darshan routes, exit points, PFC including Janmabhoomi Path, Bhakti Path and Rampath from Sringarhat to Birla Dharamshala.
During the inspection, expressed displeasure over shopkeepers keeping their goods unauthorized on the footpath of Bhakti Path and Rampath and gave instructions to remove the goods immediately and said that if this is done in future, legal action will be taken by confiscating the goods of the concerned. Will. For this, he also gave necessary instructions to the Municipal Corporation and Police officials.
To further improve the cleanliness system
of the temple premises, the representative of the BVG agency deployed by the Trust was instructed to ensure that there is no garbage of any kind anywhere in the premises. Adequate amount of sanitation workers should be deployed and garbage collection should be done regularly. Apart from this, dustbins with attractive designs should be placed at the entry point where checking takes place, so that whatever material is found during checking can be put in it.
The entry of VIPs will be done on the consent of the Trust officials.
The Divisional Commissioner said that there is a need to further strengthen the arrangements for keeping the luggage, shoes and slippers etc. of the visitors coming to the Pilgrim Facility Center (PFC). So that it becomes easier for the visitors to have darshan and adequate holding area should be developed in the PFC premises.
Ayodhya Range IG Praveen Kumar said that for security reasons, AI based cameras should be installed at all the entry and exit points of the temple. On which the officials of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, Dr. Anil Mishra and Gopal ji also agreed and gave necessary guidelines to the representative of L&T.
Attractive design and barricading will be installed on Darshan Marg
Divisional Commissioner and IG said that in view of further increase in the number of devotees for darshan of Lord Shri Ramlala in the coming days, adequate barricades of attractive design should be installed on the darshan route through architects. Municipal Commissioner Vishal Singh, Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust member Dr. Anil Mishra, Gopal and representatives of all the executive agencies were present in the meeting.
