Lucknow: SI attached to police line on alleged misbehaviour with BJP spokesperson

Lucknow, 23 June: In the case of misbehaviour with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state spokesperson Rakesh Tripathi, the sub-inspector has been sent to the line. In this regard, the spokesperson had complained to the Director General of Police.

BJP spokesperson Rakesh Tripathi has also written a letter to DCC Traffic in this matter. In this, he has written that he is a BJP spokesperson.

On June 22, he returned to Lucknow with his family from Srinagar. He was going home in a car from Lucknow Airport at around 6.30 pm. Sub-Inspector Ashutosh Tripathi was checking the hooters of vehicles near the airport.

Meanwhile, the sub-inspector stopped the vehicle of the BJP spokesperson and started checking. The inspector became enraged as soon as Tripathi was introduced. The sub-inspector became enraged at this and started making a video from inside the car as well. He also misbehaved with Rakesh Tripathi. He immediately complained about this to the Director General of Police. After this the sub-inspector has been attached to the police line.
