Meerut, 11 Jan: An ISI (Pakistan’s Intel agency) agent Kaleem’s brother Tehseem alias Mota has been arrested by STF from Shamli. Tehseem was wanted in several cases including smuggling of fake notes.
According to ASP Brijesh Kumar Singh of STF Meerut Unit, in August 2023, Imran was arrested with fake notes of Rs 6 lakh from Mohalla Naukuan Barf Wali Gali of Shamli Kotwali area. Tehseem alias Mota was also named in this case.
On August 13, STF had arrested ISI agent Kaleem, brother of Tehseem. While efforts were being made to arrest Tehseem but he continued to hoodwink cops. However, STF Meerut along with Shamli Kotwali police arrested Tehseem alias Mota on Thursday. The accused is being interrogated on various points including his connection with Pakistan.
Along with this, raids are also being conducted to arrest the absconding accused Shamsi. Kaleem’s brother Tehseem is also in contact with ISI. He had also sent photos of military areas and other important places of India on WhatsApp.
