Mumbai, October 08: On the fourth day of the trading week, both the benchmarks of the domestic stock market opened in early trading on Thursday.
The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) 30-share sensitive index Sensex gained 242.08 points or 0.61 per cent to 40121.03 in the opening session and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) 50-share Sensitive Index Nifty 142.20 points or 1.21 was trending at the level of 11881.10 with a percentage increase.
It is worth mentioning that the trend of market growth continues. A day before, the Sensex and Nifty closed with gains.
