Moradabad, 02 January: In the disputed Jama Masjid and Harihar Nath temple case of Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, on Thursday, the court-appointed advocate commissioner Ramesh Singh Raghav submitted a survey report of about 40 pages in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division. This report has been presented on the orders of the Supreme Court.
Advocate Commissioner Raghav told reporters that the survey has been done on the instructions of the District Court. He had done the first survey in Shahi Jama Masjid on November 19 with the team of police administration. Seeing the night time and the crowd, the survey work was postponed midway that day due to security reasons. After this, the second survey was done on November 24.
He stated that the report prepared with the photos, videos and facts found on the spot etc. collected during the survey was presented in a sealed envelope in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division today. We have presented the survey report in a sealed envelope on the orders of the Supreme Court. This report will not be opened until the order of the Supreme Court.
