New Delhi, August 7: Patiala House Court on Sunday granted the National Investigative Agency (NIA) one-day custody of ISIS terrorist Mohsin Ahmed, arrested on August 6 from Batla House.
The NIA produced Mohsin before the duty magistrate of Patiala House Court and sought seven days but the court granted only a single day custody.
According to the NIA, he is accused of motivating youth to join ISIS, raising terror funding from India and abroad and sending money to Syria through crypto currency.
