Those who dare to displace the poor will not be spared: CM Yogi

Gorakhpur, August 20: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the officials to ensure strict legal action against the mafia and bullies who dare to displace the poor. The land of the poor will be saved, and at the same time, the needy who have not yet got a permanent house will be provided the facility of permanent housing by bringing them under the purview of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana or Chief Minister Awas Yojana.

CM Yogi gave the above instructions while listening to the problems of the people during Janta Darshan at Gorakhnath Temple on Tuesday.

During this, the Chief Minister met about 300 people and listened to their problems. CM Yogi himself reached the people seated on chairs in the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan auditorium and took their applications while listening to their problems.

After listening to them patiently, he gave necessary guidelines to the officials standing nearby for problem resolution. For resolving problems related to different cases, he referred the application to the concerned administrative and police officers and directed that the resolution of all problems should be timely, fair and satisfactory.

Chief Minister assured the people that by taking effective action, everyone’s problem will be resolved in any case.

On some complaints of land grabbing, the Chief Minister clearly instructed the officials that those who illegally occupy someone’s land and displace the weak should not be spared under any circumstances. Strictest legal action should be taken against them. The government is committed to not let injustice happen to anyone and to bring prosperity in every person’s life.

CM Yogi said that effective action should be taken in matters related to revenue and police. The Chief Minister said that the officers should always give priority to the works of public welfare and ensure quick resolution of every victim’s problem.

Like every time, this time also many people came to Janta Darshan with a request for financial help for the treatment of serious diseases.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured them that no one’s treatment will stop due to lack of money.

He instructed the officers that the administration should prepare the estimate of high level treatment for all those who are in need and provide it to them quickly. The government will provide funds immediately after receiving the estimate. Protecting public health is the priority of the government.
