Trailer of BJP MP Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’ to be out on Aug 14

The much-awaited trailer of four-time National Award winning actress Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’ will be launched on August 14. The political film, which depicts an important and controversial phase of Indian democracy, will release in cinemas worldwide on September 6.

Zee Studios and Manikarnika Films’ film ‘Emergency’ is a mega budget depiction of the political life of the country’s first woman Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi. Sharing an interesting poster with the cast of Emergency, Kangana announced the trailer release date with a caption.

She wrote in the caption, “Watch the darkest phase of democratic Indian history and the lust for power that almost burnt the country to ashes. The trailer of the film Emergency will be released on August 14. Emergency, an explosive saga of the darkest chapter of Indian democracy, will be released in cinemas worldwide on September 6.”

Emergency also stars Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair and the late Satish Kaushik in pivotal roles. The music of the film has been composed by Sanchit Balhara, while the screenplay and dialogues have been written by Ritesh Shah.
