Bulandshahr, 22 Nov: The Bulandshahr police are searching for Rashid Khan, who is shown in a video rationalising the heinous murder of Shraddha Walkar. Rashid can be heard claiming in the video, which has gone viral on social media, that “when one is in a fit of wrath, he may chop someone into 36 pieces, instead of simply 35.”
When questioned if he was excusing the murder, Rashid responds, “It happens. If I’m enraged, I may do similarly,” he says. According to SSP Bulandshahr, the video was shot in Delhi, but because the man claims to be from Bulandshahr. “We’re looking into it, and as soon as we find this individual, appropriate action will be done,” he told reporters.
