UP court orders to arrest Bareilly riots mastermind cleric Tauqeer Raza Khan

Bareilly, 01 April: The court has expressed displeasure over IMC chief Maulana Tauqeer Raza not appearing in the court even on Monday. The court has fixed April 8 as the next date of appearance. The court has also ordered attachment against Maulana.

Bareilly District Judge Vinod Kumar Dubey issued NBW against Tauqeer and also took action under section 82 CrPC. In such a situation, Tauqeer Raza’s troubles have increased. On April 8, orders have been given to arrest Tauqeer Raza and present him in the court.

It is noteworthy that in the case of Bareilly riots of 2010, non-bailable warrants have been issued twice by the court against Maulana Tauqeer Raza.

Earlier this case was going on in the ADJ First Track Court, after which it was transferred and now the case is being heard in the District Judge’s court. District government advocate Suniti Kumar Pathak said that Tauqeer Raza did not appear in the court even on Monday, now the next date has been fixed as April 8.
