Meerut, 22 January: The Union Home Minister and former BJP national president Amit Shah reached Kairana in Shamli district on Saturday, where he participated in a door-to-door public relations campaign.

Despite the bad weather, people were excited to see Amit Shah in their midst. Enthusiastic locals raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram.

Amit Shah said that those who compelled residents of Kairana to leave their town have now fled themselves. Good governance is visible in Kairana now.

In Uttar Pradesh, the first phase of assembly elections will be held in Shamli, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Hapur, Ghaziabad, Bulandshahr, Mathura, Agra and Aligarh districts.

However, voting for a total of 58 seats in these 11 districts will be held on February 10. For this, January 21 was the last date for filing nomination papers. Now veteran leaders of BJP have gone out to campaign and strengthen the organization.

On Saturday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah came to Kairana and launched a door-to-door public relations campaign.

Amit Shah, who came to Kairana in the midst of rain, went door-to-door and appealed to the people to vote for the BJP to win with a thumping majority.

Amit Shah said that now good governance is visible in Kairana. People have said that Modiji has been blessed. Yogi ji improved the law and order. In the coming days, the UP is going to become the most developed state of India. Once upon a time merchant families had to migrate. Now they are back.

Shah added that Yogi Government has maintained the law and order situation in UP, ending appeasement, ending the practice of governments working for one caste. That is why once again the BJP government will be formed under the leadership of Yogi Adityanath. Amit Shah requested all the voters that the party workers may not be able to reach due to Corona, but on February 10, by pressing the lotus button early in the morning, you should form a huge BJP government by pressing the lotus button. Only one voice is being heard from all the sections of UP – this time BJP crossed 300.

Seeing Amit Shah in their midst, people went gaga and raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram. Amit Shah launched door to door campaign at Teachers Colony in Kairana.

Meanwhile, during his campaign, Shah reached at Sadhu Sweets, the establishment of Rakesh Garg and asked about his well being.

It is noteworthy that Sadhu Sweets was a 70 years old shop. In 2014, the Sadhu left the city to Ambala due to fear of goons. During that time the miscreants had demanded extortion of 20 lakh rupees from him. He returned to Kairana when the BJP government was formed.

During this, Amit Shah assured the trader for the security and said that now Kairana will be developed.

Along with this, he also met many other families. State’s Panchayati Raj Minister Bhupendra Chaudhary, Kairana MP Pradeep Chaudhary, BJP regional president Mohit Beniwal, district president Satyendra Tomar were present with him.

Meeting with the officials of Shamli and Baghpat districts

After this, Home Minister Amit Shah held a meeting with the BJP officials of Shamli and Baghpat districts at Hotel Orchid in Shamli.

During this, he appealed to make the BJP candidates win by forgetting factionalism and discord. He said that workers are the strength of the party and their words will not be ignored. Work has to be done in full force at the polling booth.

It is noteworthy that on November 8, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had come to Kairana and met the aggrieved traders and assured them of security. The Chief Minister had visited the house of Vijay Mittal, a businessman who had returned after the exodus.
