Ballia, February 27: Home Minister Amit Shah addressed two election rallies in Chitbargaon and Maniyar in Ballia district on Sunday.

Addressing the rally here, he launched scathing attack on the SP and the BSP on the pretext of mafia.

He said that the mafia who are in jail today, even by mistake, if the SP government comes, they will come out.

Shah further added, in five years, Yogi selectively cleared the mafia from UP. Ateeq, Mukhtar and Azam Khan will not be in jail if the SP government is formed even by mistake. Mafias are in jail as long as there is BJP government. In UP, these mafias had captured land worth thousands of crores. Yogi made houses of the poor by getting the government land worth two thousand crores back. There was a time. Guns and bullets were made in UP. Today UP is the same, now cannon factories are being built here. The hearts of Pakistan have been shaken by the balls being made here. This change has to be carried forward.

“These aunts-nephews had left UP at number nine in fifteen years. We brought you to number five in five years. Appealed that once again BJP gets majority, then in two years will make UP the number one economy,” Amit Shah said.

Amit Shah started his speech in the election meeting organized for the BJP candidate Upendra Tiwari with  the slogan of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ that Bhrigu Muni had composed the code while staying here.

Shah taking the names of Hazari Prasad Dwivedi, Acharya Parashuram Chaturvedi, Amarkant said that this land also belongs to JP and Chandrashekhar. I write a diary every day. I remember coming to Phephna on this day five years ago. Upendra Tiwari won with a thumping majority. I had also come in the Lok Sabha elections in 2014 and said that only BJP can bring rule of law in the state. In 2017 the government was formed with a thumping majority.
