UP: Yogi provides monetary aid to families of 2 workers who died in Kuwait fire

Gorakhpur, 16 June: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met the families of two workers from Gorakhpur who lost their lives in a fire accident in Kuwait and the devotees injured in the terrorist attack in Shivkhodi, Jammu and provided financial assistance to them.

Chief Minister Yogi paid obeisance to Angad Gupta at the Gorakhnath temple on Sunday. A cheque of financial assistance of โ‚น 5 lakh each was also given to wife Rita Devi and Jairam Gupta’s wife Sunita.

During this, he told both the families that he is standing with them in this hour of grief. CM Yogi also gave โ‚น 1 lakh each to Rajesh, resident of Purdilpur, Gorakhpur, Ricksona, Gayatri and Soni, resident of Bhairopur, who were injured in the terrorist attack in Shivkhodi, Jammu recently.

He gave a cheque of financial assistance of โ‚น 1 lakh. Ricksona’s financial assistance cheque was received by her husband Rajesh.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister inquired about the health recovery of all those injured and said that the government will not allow any negligence in treatment.
