Dehradun, March 16: After Delhi, running of Vande Bharat Express between Dehradun and Lucknow in Uttarakhand will not only improve the connectivity but will also increase it. Dehradun-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express will run from March 26 after Holi. Lucknow-Dehradun Vande Bharat Express will complete this journey in eight hours 20 minutes.
Whereas, other trains take 11 to 12 hours to cover the same distance. Its booking is also going to start soon. The churning on its fare is going on. This train will stop at seven stations between Dehradun and Lucknow. Railway officials said that the complete schedule of operation of the train will be released after the inauguration.

This will be the first train to travel both ways in a single day between Dehradun and Lucknow. The Government of India has decided to operate Vande Bharat Express to facilitate rail travel between Dehradun and Lucknow.Â
Earlier last year, operations of Vande Bharat Express had started between Dehradun and New Delhi Anand Vihar. Lucknow-Dehradun Vande Bharat Express, which runs six days a week except Monday, will depart from Lucknow at 5:15 am and reach Dehradun at 1:35 pm. This train will leave from Dehradun at 2:25 pm and reach Lucknow at 10:40 pm. After leaving Dehradun, this train will stop directly at Haridwar station. After that it will stop at Moradabad, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, Alamnagar and finally Lucknow station. This will not only increase connectivity but will also provide considerable relief to passengers.

Vande Bharat Train No. 22545 Lucknow Jn.-Dehradun Vande Bharat Express six days a week (except Monday) from March 26 at Lucknow Jn. Departure from Bareilly Junction at 05.15 hrs. To 08.35 hrs, Moradabad Jn. It will leave from Haridwar at 09.57 hrs and reach Dehradun at 12.15 hrs. In return journey, 22546 Dehradun-Lucknow Jn. Vande Bharat Express will depart from Dehradun at 14.25 hrs, six days a week (except Monday) from March 26 and reach Haridwar at 15.31 hrs, Moradabad Jn. to 17.45 and leaving Bareilly Jn at 19.05 hrs will reach at Lucknow Jn at 22.40. A rack of eight coaches will be installed in this Vande Bharat Express.
