Varanasi: Plea to restrict Muslims entry in Gyanvapi premises to be heard in Fast-Track court

Varanasi, May 25: The court of Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar transferred it to the court of Civil Judge Senior Division (Fast Track Court) Mahendra Kumar Pandey after hearing on Wednesday the petition filed to block the entry of Muslims in the Gyanvapi campus. The matter will now come up for hearing on May 30.

The court had registered the petition as miscellaneous.

This petition was filed on Tuesday by Kiran Singh, wife of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh chief Jitendra Singh Bisen and International General Secretary of the institution, in the name of Lord Adi Vishweshwar Virajman.

Litigation friend Kiran Singh and plaintiffs Vikas Sah and Vidyachand had applied in the court on three points in page 77, 122 para.

The petition demanded that the Muslim side should be banned from entering the Gyanvapi mosque premises, order to hand over the Gyanvapi premises to Hindus for worship. Along with this, worship of Lord Adi Vishweshwar should be started daily with immediate effect.
