Chandigarh, August 5: After the violence in Haryana’s Nuh, the police information system is under question due to the viral video of a CID Inspector.
It has been claimed in this video that he had timely input about this violence. He also informed the higher officials.
In this sensational video, higher officials say that there was only input to mobilise the crowd. There was no input on large-scale riots.
Amidst conflicting claims, Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said today that a video of a sting operation has gone viral. It has been sent to the Home Secretary for investigation.
Vij says that depending on which officer the Inspector shared the input with and what action that officer took, a report has been sought from the Home Secretary.
