Lucknow, 07 February: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath described the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya in the Assembly on Wednesday as a wonderful, supernatural and unforgettable moment.
During this, Chief Minister Yogi strongly attacked the opposition party Samajwadi Party and Leader of Opposition Akhilesh Yadav for opposing the Ram Temple and said that the Leader of Opposition is not worried about the pride of the state but only about the vote bank. This is a very dangerous affliction. To what level are we playing with people’s trust for the sake of vote bank?
Yogi Adityanath said that January 22 was a wonderful moment for the whole world. The work of consecrating the pride of India was completed. Happy that we kept our promise and built the temple there. Whatever was said was done, whatever resolution was taken was also accomplished. Not only this, CM Yogi also made important comments regarding Ayodhya as well as Kashi and Mathura disputes.
He said that just as Lord Krishna had asked for five villages from Duryodhana, in the same way only three places were talked about here. These three are the lands of the incarnation of God. But there was a stubbornness and the political flavor and vote bank tendencies in it created controversy.
Taking a jibe at the opposition, Yogi said that even then Duryodhana had said that if I did not give space equal to the tip of a needle, then the Mahabharata war was bound to happen. Here too, the invaders who trampled our culture and faith for vote bank were glorified, which the country will no longer accept. Yogi mentioned the similarity between
Ayodhya
and Mahabharata and said that previous governments kept Ayodhya city under restrictions and curfew. Ayodhya Sunyonjit also continued to face contempt. Such playing with public faith has never been seen. Injustice was done to Ayodhya. If we remember something that happened five thousand years ago, Krishna had asked for only five grams. He had said that give only five grams, keep all your land. Duryodhana tried to take Shri Krishna hostage, instead he tried to bind Hari and tried to cure what was incurable… this is what happened with Ayodhya, Mathura and Kashi. These three are special places. It was seen for the first time that people had to beg for faith. But now when people saw the festival of Ayodhya, Nandi Baba said why should we wait. They broke the barricades at night. Where is our Krishna Kanhaiya going to believe?
Ram’s dignity inspires us for patience.
Chief Minister Yogi said that UP has seen the incident of January 22, 2024. The whole country was overwhelmed. In accordance with the public sentiments of the entire country, Ramlala has been physically present there. CM Yogi said that the dignity of Ram inspires us for patience. Today everyone is overwhelmed to see the new, grand and divine Ayodhya.
Our policy and intentions are clear
Putting the previous governments in the dock, CM Yogi said that the temple dispute was in the court, but arrangements for electricity, cleanliness and health could have been made there. With what intention were these development works stopped? What was the intention behind blocking the development of Kashi and Mathura? The dispute was about a particular place, but why were the people coming there deprived of basic facilities?
No one can ban Parikrama in Ayodhya.
The Chief Minister said that there was a time when there was a flurry of bullets in the streets of Ayodhya, Parikrama was banned. Those wearing Ramnaami Gamchha were arrested. This is what the country has seen. A long battle was fought since 1990. We can assure that the grand-new divine Ayodhya will attract every Indian. The government has started the process of making Ayodhya the world’s best tourist destination. Now no one can ban parikrama in Ayodhya. Panch Kosi, fourteen Kosi and 84 Kosi are being given a grand look. Now curfew cannot be imposed there. Kirtan of Amangal Hari is being heard there in Mangal Bhavan. Ayodhya is becoming real Ayodhya.
