World Record: Over 75K Indians wave tri-colour in Bihar

Patna/Arrah, 23 April: During Veer Kunwar Singh 163 Birth Anniversary celebrations at Dulaura Maidan in Jagdishpur of Ara district in Bihar, 77,700 tri-colours was waved simultaneously by the attendees in the presence of the Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

This has become a world record. With this, Pakistan’s world record for hoisting the most flag has been broken. Earlier this record was in the name of Pakistan. The flag was hoisted for five minutes in this program.

More than two lakh people took part in the Vijayotsav. The Guinness Book of World Records team has reached Jagdishpur regarding this. According to the information, 1600 officials and employees of the Guinness Book of World Records are in this entire program and recorded the national flag record there.

Earlier, the world record for hoisting 57,500 national flags was held by Pakistan. The recording of the program in Bhojpur was done with a drone camera.

Apart from this, the fingerprints of the people who have the national flag in their hands were also taken, so that the new record can be confirmed.

Earlier, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who reached Patna airport, was welcomed by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. BJP state president Sanjay Jaiswal was also present with him. Many other BJP leaders also welcomed him. Amit Shah and Nitish Kumar had a meeting at the airport. After a ten-minute meeting, Shah left for Jagdishpur in Arrah.
