Yogi Adityanath’s big action in Deoria murder case, many officers including SDM, CO and Tehsildars suspended

Lucknow, 05 October: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has immediately suspended Sub-District Magistrate Yogesh Kumar Gaur and Area Magistrate Rudrapur District Jeet in the Deoria murder case. Besides, instructions have also been given to take action against the former officials related to this.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken the recent incident in Deoria district very seriously. While doing a thorough review of the incident on Thursday, the Chief Minister said that no matter who is the culprit, action will be taken against everyone.

In the report of the government, regarding the incident that took place in Fatehpur village located in Rudrapur police station and tehsil of Deoria district, gross negligence of the guilty employee and officer and laxity in performing their duties has come to notice. In relation to the above dispute, several complaints under IGRS regarding illegal occupation of village community land by Satya Prakash Dubey were sent online to the Police Department and Revenue Department as a reference to the Chief Minister and were disposed of by taking serious cognizance of the concerned officers of both the departments. Was not done.

The Chief Minister has given instructions to take action against various officers and employees of the Revenue and Police Department.

– Current Sub-District Magistrate Yogesh Kumar Gaur and Area Officer Rudrapur District Jeet should be immediately suspended.

– Departmental action should be taken against former Sub-Collector Ram Vilas, Om Prakash, Dhruv Shukla and Sanjeev Kumar Upadhyay.

– Initiate departmental action against retired Tehsildar Vanshraj Ram and retired Revenue Inspector Ramanand Pal.

– Additional charge sheet should be issued to Abhay Raj (currently suspended Tehsildar).

– Departmental action should be instituted by suspending the then Tehsildar Ramashray, current Tehsildar of Balrampur district and departmental action should be taken by suspending Keshav Kumar Tehsildar Rudrapur.

– Departmental action should be taken by suspending Vishal Nath Yadav (Revenue Inspector), Rajnandani Yadav (Area Accountant), Akhilesh (Accountant).

– Departmental action should be initiated by suspending Head Constable Rajesh Pratap Singh, Constable Avnish Chauhan, Light Incharge/Sub Inspector Jai Prakash Dubey and Incharge Inspector Naveen Kumar Singh.

– Those previously found responsible for negligence in disposal of IGRS cases. Kailash Patel, Constable Ram Pratap Kannaujiya, Subhash Yadav and U.N. Sunil Kumar, former Inspector-in-Charge, Rudrapur, should be suspended and departmental action should be initiated against the then Area Officer, Rudrapur Dinesh Kumar Singh Yadav.
