Lucknow, 01 March: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has once again claimed that the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) government will be formed in the Assembly elections in 2022.
He claimed that the party would win 350 seats in the election. He said that there has been a positive atmosphere in the state during the last four years. In previous governments, crime and riots were at their peak. Investors were afraid of coming to Uttar Pradesh.
He said that UP is now becoming a hub of exports. This is Uttar Pradesh of New India.
The chief minister was speaking at a news channel program here on Monday.
He said about the farmers’ ‘mahapanchayats’ taking place in western Uttar Pradesh and said that we have full sympathy for the farmers. Everyone is seeing who is getting so much support. No one else can ever give the leadership that Prime Minister Modi has given to the country.
He said that any sensitive government will respect the ‘Annadata’, the farmer. No one was able to do as much work as Prime Minister Modi did for the farmers.
Yogi further said that the ‘love jihad’ Law is not against any religion. This law will work if you marry fraudulently. In fact, in this budget session, the ‘Uttar Pradesh Law against Religious Conversion Prohibition Bill’ has been passed in the Legislative Council and the Legislative Council.
“In this, a provision of punishing a maximum of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 50,000 has been made, making it a cognizable offense for deceit, fraud or forceful conversion including marriage,” he added.
The Chief Minister said that during the Corona period, the State Government has done the job of providing employment to crores of people. The workers and labours who returned to their hometown in Uttar Pradesh during the Corona lockdown have not gone back. The previous government pushed the state back. Now the state is becoming a fast growing economy in the country.
He said that we have made the process of setting up the industry easy. The corona epidemic has taught a big lesson.
The Chief Minister said that the guidance of Prime Minister Modi and transparency towards our work took the State forward. We gave employment to all 40 lakh labourers. The farmers received money under Samman Nidhi Yojna.
He said that in MSME, we have made extensive reforms in the state and simplified the system by abolishing the license raj. In the Corona period, we linked employment to crores.
The Chief Minister said that with the inspiration of Prime Minister Modi’s Local for Vocal, the State Government launched a District One product scheme.
He said that Krishi Vigyan Kendras should be made for farmers. Every month, rupees are going to the farmers’ account. But, in the name of Kisan Samman Nidhi, people of opposition are misleading the farmers. He claimed that the government had given a minimum support price (MSP) of one and a half times the cost.
