Noida, 25 Aug: The Uttar Pradesh government is “getting ready to host the state’s first International Trade Show.” Officials stated that the decision was made in light of the “great success of the Global Investors Summit organized under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
The CM expressed his delight at the registration of approximately 400 buyers from more than 66 countries for the trade show so far, and stated that the Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, and Ministry of MSME, Government of India, had been instrumental in organizing the trade show, adding that expected cooperation was received from all quarters.
According to officials, the international trade show, which will be held from September 21 to 25, “will showcase major industries of Uttar Pradesh, MSMEs and startups in diverse sectors such as IT/ITES, education, agriculture, health, tourism, culture, energy, and ODOP.”
“The trade fair’s goal is to provide a global platform for entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and exporters from all of these industries to showcase their products to a global audience.” The major trade exhibition will be inaugurated on September 21 by President Draupadi Murmu, according to a government official.
During a review of the event’s preparations, the chief minister stated that the entire globe will be introduced to Uttar Pradesh’s outstanding ‘craft, gastronomy, and culture’ through this international trade exhibition.
