Kanpur, March 23: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has arrived Kanpur to review the development works, also t0 attend Bithoor Mahotsav.
Firstly, he inspected Chunniganj metro station regarding all the arrangements of the metro running on the seven kilometer long underground route. After this, he also closely observed the details of the Convention Center being built at a cost of Rs 90 crore at Chunniganj. Now he is holding a meeting in Naveen Sabhagar located at Sarsaiya Ghat regarding the development works done in the city and law and order.
Amitabh Bajpai has expressed displeasure over not inviting SP MLAs to the meeting. Finally, he will reach the closing program of Bithoor Mahotsav.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Kanpur on Sunday. While participating in various programs in the city, he will also participate in the closing ceremony of Bithoor Mahotsav. Earlier, Samajwadi Party MLA from Aryanagar Assembly Amitabh Bajpai issued a statement on social media saying that the CM is holding a meeting regarding the development works done in the city, but it is very unfortunate that the opposition and public representatives were not called in this meeting. In such a situation, we could also put our problems before them.
First of all, the CM took stock of the Convention Center located at Chunniganj. Whose construction work is going on late from the scheduled time. Regarding which Municipal Commissioner Sudhir Kumar said that the remaining work will be completed by May 31. After this, he also inspected the metro station located at Chunniganj.
At the same time, the Managing Director of UPMRC said that the CM also took stock of the maintenance of the station, security arrangements and train. Now it is his turn to get NOC. It is expected that by next month the city residents will start traveling by underground metro.
After this, the CM is holding a meeting with administrative officials and public representatives in the new auditorium regarding the development work done in the city. In the end, he will also participate in the closing program of Bithoor Mahotsav.
