Prayagraj, March 28: The illegal boundary wall built at the residence of Mafia Atiq Ahmed at Chakia was demolished by Yogi Government on Monday evening.
The Prayagraj Development Authority has intensified the action to bulldoze illegal encroachments and constructions after the Yogi government returned.
Giving this information, the Zonal Officer of Prayagraj Development Authority, Alok Pandey said that the boundary wall of Mafia Atiq’s residence at Chakia was built illegally whose map was not passed by the authority.
โTherefore, an action was taken against them earlier also. The illegal boundary wall was demolished by a bulldozer. Illegal plating was being done on land worth crores located in Bhiti village of Dhumanganj without passing the map which is completely illegal. The Yogi government has a strict instruction that after removing the illegal occupations, the development authority should prepare a colony and settle the poor,โ added Pandey.
This type of campaign being run under the land mafia operation will continue. Wherever illegal possession occurs during the investigation, it will be freed.
