New Delhi, 10 January: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this year’s National Youth Festival in Hubli (Karnataka) on January 12, on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Anurag Singh Thakur informed at a media briefing in New Delhi on Tuesday that this year the theme of the festival is ‘Developed Youth, Developed India’.
The 26th National Youth Festival will be organised in Hubli-Dharwad from January 12 to 16. This time it is being organised by the union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in collaboration with the Government of Karnataka.
The objective of the festival is to enhance the role of youth in nation building during Amrit Kaal. Therefore, it will be an effort to spread the message of ‘Panch Prana’ propounded by the Prime Minister among the youth.
