
‘Mirzapur: The Movie’ holds the throne, ‘Hanuman Ansh’ rises as fierce challenger
‘Mirzapur -The Movie’ and ‘Hanuman Ansh’ are witnessing a fierce competition at the box office. Both films are consistently successful in drawing audiences to theaters. On the other hand, Yash and Kiara Advani’s ‘Toxic’ now appears to be playing its last innings at the box office, while Ravi Teja’s ‘Irumudi’ has also slowed down. Looking at Tuesday’s figures, ‘Mirzapur The Movie’ earned the most.
Bollywood’s only sleeper hit “Hanuman Ansh,” released 32 days ago, earned ₹11 crore on Tuesday, bringing the film’s total collection to ₹143.13 crore. If this pace of earnings continues, the film could soon cross the ₹150 crore mark.
‘Toxic’s’ earnings have now shrunk to lakhs. The film grossed just ₹69 lakh on Tuesday, taking its total collection to ₹247.20 crore. Meanwhile, Ravi Teja’s ‘Irumudi’ has been released for 20 days. The film earned ₹2.25 crore on Tuesday, taking its total collection to ₹170.95 crore. Despite the slow pace, the film’s box office run continues.
Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, and Divyendu starrer “Mirzapur The Movie” continues to shine. Released on September 4, the film earned ₹15.85 crore on Tuesday, bringing its total collection to ₹125.74 crore.
