A mysterious news story from Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, created a stir on social media, claiming that Police Inspector Purushottam Bhadauria had suddenly disappeared after leaving home for an important case. Viral screenshots, CCTV footage, breaking news graphics, and questions like ‘Where is Purushottam Bhadauria?’ created both fear and curiosity among the public. The news quickly went viral on social media.
However, after some time, it became clear that the entire incident was part of the promotion of the film ‘The Narmada Story’. The film team adopted this high-voltage strategy to generate excitement and curiosity among the audience. The film is reportedly based on a story full of mystery, crime, and emotional conflict, revealing the shocking secrets behind the sudden disappearance of a police officer.
The film stars real-life IPS officer Simla Prasad in the lead role. She also stars Raghuveer Yadav, Mukesh Tiwari, Anjali Patil, Ashwini Kalsekar, and Zarina Wahab in pivotal roles. Currently serving as DIG (Women’s Security) at Bhopal Police Headquarters, Simla Prasad is considered one of the country’s finest police officers.
