The battle between ‘Alpha‘ and ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ continues at the box office. Both films are witnessing a decline in their earnings during the trading days. While ‘Alpha’ is nearing the end of its first week, ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ has managed to hold its ground in the second week as well.
According to preliminary data from Sacnilk, ‘Alpha’ grossed ₹2.85 crore on its sixth day of release. Prior to this, the film had earned ₹4.25 crore on the fifth day. The film’s domestic net collection has now reached ₹44.95 crore, while its worldwide total has reached ₹74.89 crore. This film, part of Yash Raj Films’ spy universe, stars Alia Bhatt, Sharvari Wagh, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor in lead roles.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar’s “Welcome to the Jungle” earned ₹2.35 crore on its 13th day of release. The film’s domestic net collection has reached ₹122.90 crore, and its global box office collection has reached ₹177.55 crore. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, Disha Patani, and Arshad Warsi, among others, in pivotal roles. The upcoming week’s box office performance is now considered crucial for both films.
