Shraddha, Rashmi Dubey and driver Danish sent to jail in murder probe
Lucknow, October 22: Model Shraddha Dubey, Rashmi Dubey and their driver Tanveer Ali alias Danish, accused in the murder case of businessman Shiva Sharma of Lucknow, have been sent to jail on ten days judicial custody on Thursday on the orders of the court.
Before being presented in the court in Lucknow, these three accused were taken from Hazratganj police station to the civil hospital for medical examination. Now, after judicial custody, the police will find out some important facts related to this murder case.
Earlier on Tuesday, the police brought the three accused—model Shraddha Dubey, Rashmi Dubey, and their driver Tanveer Ali alias Danish—to the Hazratganj police station in Lucknow. They were questioned about the Shiva Sharma murder case.
Following this, the three accused underwent medical examination at the Civil Hospital and were subsequently produced before the Chief Magistrate’s Court. After hearing arguments, the court sentenced all three accused to ten days’ judicial custody.
During this period, strict police presence was maintained from the Hazratganj police station to the Civil Hospital and the court. While being taken to the court, the media attempted to speak with Shraddha Dubey, but she refused. A reward of 50,000 rupees each was announced for the three accused.
An FIR has been registered at the Hazratganj police station against Shraddha, Rashmi, Danish, Adil, and others in connection with Shiva Sharma’s suspicious death. The police are investigating the matter.
