Actress Kriti Sanon is currently facing criticism on social media over a jewelry brand’s Raksha Bandhan advertisement. The advertisement depicts Kriti celebrating the festival in Indo-Western attire, which has led some to objectify her attire. Meanwhile, actress Kangana Ranaut has also reacted to the advertisement, raising questions about Kriti’s clothing.
Taking to her Instagram story, Kangana sarcastically wrote, “Women today have so many clothing options, so why should they choose to wear bikinis or undergarments when tying Rakhi to their brothers?”
She wrote that the advertisement seemed deliberately offensive to her and questioned where other styling options had gone. Kangana’s comments have further intensified the ongoing debate on social media regarding the advertisement.
Meanwhile, a video of Kangana has surfaced in which she targeted those who advise her to learn manners, including Ashutosh Rana, Sonu Sood, Taapsee Pannu, and Rakhi Sawant. Kangana said that some people make derogatory comments about her character, and that she has achieved far more success than them. She clearly stated that she does not want to learn any advice from such people. Following Kangana’s comment on Kriti’s advertisement, the issue has become a topic of discussion on social media.
