Laxity in complaints will not be tolerated, CM Yogi warns top police brass
Lucknow, September 14: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with the public from various districts of the state during the “Janta Darshan” at his official residence at 5 Kalidas Marg in Lucknow on Monday and listened to their grievances.
Yogi stated that the government is committed to resolving the genuine problems of every victim. The Chief Minister directed officials to resolve public complaints with sensitivity and promptness.
He called for ensuring that every eligible person receives the benefits of public welfare schemes, arrange for proper medical treatment for the needy, and take strict action against land mafia and powerful people who encroach upon land.
Chief Minister personally visited each victim seated on the chairs during the “Janta Darshan” and listened attentively to their problems and grievances. He referred everyone’s applications to the relevant officials, instructing them for prompt and satisfactory resolution, and assured the people that every victim’s grievance will be resolved.

Some complainants shared various complaints with the police before him. The Chief Minister took a firm stance on by saying that the Police Commissioner, ADG, IG, DIG, and SSP-level officers should pay attention that any complaint of laxity at the police station, outpost, or beat level will not be tolerated. Ensure legal action against the culprits in every case.
The Chief Minister directed the speedy resolution of revenue and law and order matters.
Inquiring about the well-being of the children and giving them chocolates, the chief minister inquired about the well-being of the children who had come with their parents for ‘Janata Darshan’. He also inquired about their studies and their interests. The
CM Yogi urged the children to study diligently and also participate in other activities (sports, music, art, etc.). The Chief Minister blessed the children with a bright future while giving them chocolates.
