Mohanlal speaks on the mixed reactions to his film ‘Patriot’
The Malayalam superstar Mohanlal has spoken openly about the mixed reactions to his film “Patriot.” Mammootty also stars in the film. Mohanlal said he liked the film because its story was so fresh and different. He said, “When I was narrated the story, it felt like a completely different experience.”
Mohanlal said that audiences often view actors differently from their characters and judge films based on that perspective. Citing the example of his superhit film “Drishyam,” he said it’s impossible to predict the success of any film. According to the actor, audience reactions can often be completely different from expectations.
Mohanlal also spoke specifically about his upcoming film “Drishyam 3,” saying the screenplay was written with utmost honesty and care. The actor assured fans that Georgekutty’s next story will live up to audience expectations. “Drishyam 3” is scheduled to release on May 21.
