BJP has destroyed the Constitution: Rahul Gandhi

Rae Bareli, May 20: The Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its ideological organizations have together destroyed the Constitution. People from their ideological organizations have taken over every place. Now it is the responsibility of all of you to save the Constitution.

Rahul Gandhi was addressing the Bahujan Swabhiman Sabha, organized after the inauguration of the statue of martyr Veera Pasi in Lodhwari on Wednesday, the second day of his Uttar Pradesh tour. During this, Gandhi also used some objectionable words for Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah. Rahul Gandhi said that the country needs Mahatma Gandhi and Ambedkar. These people have torn up and thrown away the Constitution. They have stopped MGNREGA. They have appointed their own chancellors in universities who know nothing. They are simply tearing the Constitution to shreds.

Rahul Gandhi said that inflation is rising, the economic system is collapsing, but the Prime Minister is traveling abroad. He is preventing others from going abroad. When it is time to make decisions, he is abandoning the public.

Rahul Gandhi said that as always, the Prime Minister will claim it is not his fault, whereas an economic storm is coming, which all of you will have to bear. The Indian government and the Prime Minister will not be able to save you. Local MP Gandhi told the people that now is not the time to remain silent. It is time to stand up and raise your voice.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi inaugurated the statue of the immortal martyr Veera Pasi. Congress State President Ajay Rai, Legislature Party Leader Aradhana Mishra Mona, MP Tanuj Punia, and several other senior leaders were present on the occasion. Before the event, Rahul Gandhi met with party workers and members of the public at the guest house in Bhuemau.

He urged party officials and workers to strengthen the organization and listened to the public’s problems, assuring them of their resolution. Rahul met with party workers, party officials, delegations, and the public at the Bhuemau Guest House. The media was kept away during the meeting. A crowd of visitors gathered outside, and individuals were allowed inside one by one.

Senior Congress leader Atul Singh, who met with Rahul Gandhi, stated that he had discussed the district’s deteriorating power supply with Rahul Gandhi. He spoke with the District Magistrate and urged for a speedy resolution. Furthermore, Mahila Congress District President Shailaja said that Rahul Gandhi had promised to respect women. A farmer leader from Sultanpur raised the farmers’ problems with Rahul Gandhi and demanded that they be heard in Parliament. Cricket player Abhishek, who came from Lucknow, demanded employment for talented players playing at the district level. Hundreds of people, including Congress leader Ambrish Bajpai and engineer KC Shukla, were present. Afterward, he departed for Amethi.
